Terms of Service and Medical Disclaimer
Read this first. The materials sold here are educational. They are not medical advice, they are not a treatment plan, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician who knows your history. If you are taking a GLP-1 medication, talk to your prescriber before changing how you exercise, what you eat, or what supplements you take.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any MuscleOnGLP guide, page, or file (together, the “Materials”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). You confirm the checkbox presented at checkout, and your completed purchase, together record your agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the Materials.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The Materials are not medical advice
The Materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in them constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in them is tailored to your individual circumstances, medical history, medications, or condition.
The Materials do not provide, and must not be used to obtain, guidance on prescribing, dosing, titrating, administering, sourcing, starting, stopping, or altering any medication, including GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. Every decision about your medication belongs to you and your prescribing clinician.
3. No clinician-patient relationship
Reading the Materials, purchasing them, or contacting us does not create a physician-patient, dietitian-client, trainer-client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Purplelink LLC or any of its members, contractors, or contributors.
4. Consult a clinician; emergencies
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any question you have about a medical condition, a medication, an exercise program, or a nutrition or supplement change. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in the Materials.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the Materials in an emergency.
5. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise, including resistance training and the bodyweight movements described in the Materials, carries an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury, and in rare cases death. Changes to nutrition and the use of dietary supplements also carry risk, which may be greater for people with pre-existing conditions or who are taking prescription medication.
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with your use of the Materials. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any activity described is appropriate for you, for obtaining medical clearance before beginning, and for stopping immediately and seeking care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, faintness, or any symptom that concerns you.
6. Individual results vary
The Materials describe findings from published research and registered clinical trials. Research describes averages across study populations. It does not predict your individual result. We make no representation, promise, or guarantee that you will preserve muscle, lose fat, gain strength, or achieve any other outcome.
7. No warranty
The Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We take care to cite sources accurately and to state plainly where the evidence is limited, mixed, or extrapolated from a different population. Even so, we do not warrant that the Materials are complete, current, error-free, or that any cited source will remain available or will not be superseded by later research.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purplelink LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Materials, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Materials or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Materials giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or of liability for personal injury, death, fraud, or gross negligence. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purplelink LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and contributors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
10. Licence and permitted use
On payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and use one copy of the purchased Materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, post publicly, share download links with others, or use the Materials to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission. All Materials remain our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. No affiliation with manufacturers
MuscleOnGLP and Purplelink LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly and Company, or any other pharmaceutical manufacturer. Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.
12. Third-party sources and links
The Materials cite and link to third-party research, clinical-trial registries, and public-health resources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A citation is not an endorsement of any product, provider, or organisation.
13. Payment, delivery, and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Digital products are delivered by download link, sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Because the Materials are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or you were charged in error, contact us at ben@purplelink.llc and we will resend the file or refund the purchase. Nothing here limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you may have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
14. Privacy
To fulfil your order we process your email address and the record of your agreement to these Terms, including the time of acceptance and the version accepted. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force for your purchase is the version you accepted at checkout, identified by the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Materials after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the record of your acceptance at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Materials, and supersede any prior understanding.
