MuscleOnGLP is published by Purplelink LLC. Every message goes to a person, not a ticket queue. Email is the fastest and only channel.
We aim to reply within two business days. If you are writing about an order, please include the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase so we can find it quickly.
What to write to us about
- Download problems. If your link did not arrive or has expired, email us with your payment confirmation and we will resend it.
- Refunds and billing. Refund terms are set out in section 14 of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Factual corrections. If you think we have misread a study or stated something inaccurately, tell us. Point us at the claim and, if you can, the source. Our editorial policy explains how we handle corrections.
- Press and interviews. Happy to talk about GLP-1 therapy and lean-mass preservation, and to point you to the underlying literature.
- Reviews. If you bought a guide and want to share your experience, we would like to hear it. We only publish reviews from confirmed purchasers, with their consent.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer individual medical questions. We are not clinicians, and we do not provide dosing, titration, or sourcing guidance for any medication. If your question is about whether a medication, dose, supplement, or exercise is right for you, that belongs with your prescribing clinician. If you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
